Orders are delivered within 5-7 working days on regular days. During sales, delivery may take 7-10 working days.

Returns
You can exchange items bought from koa.com.pk within 14 days if:

• The item is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
• The item does not match the product details or is different from what you ordered.
